Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

At Alpha Hub Store, we are committed to providing top-quality furniture and a seamless shopping experience for our customers across Saudi Arabia. To maintain the highest standards of transparency, safety, and operational efficiency, please read our policy regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and assembly carefully.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) System

  • Payment Terms: Our entire ordering and delivery system operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

  • Inspection at Delivery: When your order arrives, you are welcome to inspect the package and items upon delivery to ensure they match your expectations before handing over the cash payment to our delivery representative.

2. No-Return Policy

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of our operations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the furniture items have been successfully delivered and accepted.

  • Why We Have This Policy: Operating exclusively on a COD model allows us to keep our pricing as competitive as possible and ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched furniture straight from our warehouse.

3. Free Shipping & Installation Notice

  • 100% Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all furniture orders delivered within Saudi Arabia with no hidden delivery fees.

  • No Installation Included: Please note that furniture installation and assembly services are not included with your order or delivery. Customers are responsible for assembling or arranging their own installation upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • While we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind requests, we stand by the quality of our products.

  • If you notice a manufacturing defect or severe transit damage at the exact time of delivery, please report it immediately to our delivery team and contact our customer support right away.
